Sunnie and Inbae: Editorial inspired Engagement Session

Sunnie and Inbae’s engagement session took place at two art landmarks in the heart of Austin, Texas. We photographed at the Blanton Museum of Art and the James Turrell Skyspace exhibit. Both spaces offered such unique lighting and backdrops that allowed us to have so much fun with the composition. I photographed this session using digital and 35mm film. The film created such fun colors, especially with the pops of red and dappled shadows. Sunnie’s second outfit featured red socks, which were the perfect pop of color against the monochromatic background of the skyspace exhibit. The sky reflected blue across the walls. We had so much fun creating these sweet portraits.
